  • Copying or redistributing Swift Bot code, documentation, or proprietary materials
  • Creating derivative works or competing services using Swift intellectual property
Coordinated Attacks:
  • Participation in or organizing raids against Swift servers or community members
  • Coordinated harassment campaigns targeting Swift staff or users
  • Mass reporting or false flagging of Swift content or accounts
Fraudulent Activities:
  • Involvement in scamming attempts using Swift’s name or reputation
  • Creating or distributing phishing content targeting Swift users

  • Well-known ERLC players with exceptional reputations
  • Owners or developers of established and respected bots
  • Individuals recognized by Swift staff for community contributions
Verification Criteria:
  • Consistent positive reputation across multiple communities
  • Public recognition or following within ERLC, roleplay, or development circles
  • Direct contributions to community well-being, development, or moderation
  • Manual vetting and approval by the Swift security or leadership team
Benefits:
  • Increased trust across the Swift ecosystem
  • Possible access to staff-only or verified-only Swift programs
  • Public verification status in the Swift database

Customer Badge

This badge is awarded to users who have financially supported Swift by purchasing premium slots, subscriptions, or paid upgrades in any of our official communities. Eligibility Requirements:
  • Purchase of at least one premium slot, product, or paid feature
  • Active status in a Swift-connected server (e.g., private RP communities)
  • Account linked to transaction record for verification
Perks of the Customer Badge:
  • Priority access to customer support
  • Entry into customer-only events or promotions
  • Proof of supporter status visible to Swift staff and bots

Custom Badge

Custom badges are granted to users who actively support the Swift community through server boosting, contributions, or community involvement. These badges are personalized and may include unique icons or names. How to earn a custom badge:
  • Boosting the official Swift Bot Support Server
  • Contributing to Swift tools, documentation, or development feedback
  • Being an active and positive presence in the Swift community
Custom Badge Features:
  • Personalized badge title or icon (e.g., “Swift Contributor”, “Supporter++”)
  • Displayed in select Swift services where applicable
  • Badge expires if the contribution (e.g., boost) is withdrawn
Limitations:
  • Subject to manual review and approval
  • Not all contributions guarantee a custom badge

Badge Appeals Process

Submitting an Appeal

Appeal Review Process

Initial Review:
  • Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days of submission
  • Our team examines all available evidence and documentation
  • Additional information may be requested if needed
Investigation:
  • Thorough investigation of the circumstances leading to badge issuance
  • Review of user history, communications, and reported incidents
  • Consultation with relevant team members and affected parties
Decision:
  • Appeals are decided based on evidence and community safety considerations
  • Decisions are communicated via email with detailed explanations
  • Badge removal occurs immediately if appeal is successful

Appeal Limitations

One Appeal Per Badge:
  • Users may submit one appeal per badge issued
  • Repeated appeals for the same badge will not be considered
  • New evidence may warrant reconsideration at team discretion
Serious Violations:
  • Some badges for severe violations may not be eligible for appeal
  • Fraud, malicious conduct, and safety violations are subject to stricter review
  • Community safety takes precedence over individual appeal requests
