How does this work?

When a user clicks the button, they will be presented with a modal (form) to fill out. This modal will prompt the user with a series of questions related to their ban, allowing them to explain their situation and provide any relevant context. Their Roblox account details are automatically retrieved through our integrated Verification System—no manual input required. Once the appeal form is submitted, the data is sent directly to your configured submission channel, where a Server Manager can review the case and choose to accept or deny the appeal. If accepted, the user will automatically be unbanned from your ER:LC Private Server and notified of the result. If denied, they will still receive a notification informing them of the decision.

Automatic unbanning only works if you have configured your PRC API key under the Credentials page. To add your API key, run the /config command and navigate to the Guild Utils Menu. In the dropdown, select the Credentials option. Then, click the API Key button and enter your PRC API key. This integration is required for the system to unban users automatically from your ER:LC Private Server after a successful appeal.

How do I configure the Ban Appeal module?

To set up the Ban Appeal module, first use the /config command to access the configuration panel. From there, you’ll see a “Select Plugin” dropdown menu. Click the menu and choose the Ban Appeal module and click “Enable” button. Once enabled, you will have the option to configure various settings, including the appeal channel where your Appeal Button will send, as well the Submittion Channel, where the Appeal Submittions will be sent for review.

This module does not currently support customizable questions. This will be added in the near future.

Commands
