What is the In-Game Reminder Plugin?

The In-Game Reminder plugin is an automated message scheduler that works exclusively with PRC API integration. It allows you to set up periodic reminders that are automatically sent in your ER:LC Private Server based on a defined time interval.

Whether it’s for roleplay guidelines, patrol reminders, or other server announcements, this system ensures important messages are delivered consistently and without manual effort.

This plugin only works if you have configured your PRC API key under the Credentials page.
To add your API key, run the /config command and navigate to the Guild Utils Menu. In the dropdown, select Credentials, then click the API Key button and enter your PRC API key. This integration is required for the system to notify users automatically from your ER:LC Private Server after a successful moderation.

How does it work?

Once the plugin is enabled and configured, it will:

  • Automatically send your defined reminder message at the specified time intervals.
  • Support both minute-based (:m) and hour-based (:h) scheduling.
  • Help ensure consistent in-game communication without the need for manual triggering.

Messages are only sent if the plugin is enabled and a valid PRC API key has been configured.

How do I configure the In-Game Reminder Plugin?

To set up the In-Game Reminder system:

  1. Run the /config command.
  2. In the Select Plugin menu, choose In-Game Reminder Plugin.
  3. Click Enable to activate the plugin.

Create Reminder

Click the Create Reminder button to open a modal where you’ll enter:

  • Reminder Message – The text you want to send.
  • Interval – How often the message should be sent.
  • Type – The unit of time (:m for minutes or :h for hours).

The system will automatically handle message delivery based on your settings.
For example, setting an interval of 5 and selecting :m will send your reminder every 5 minutes.

Manage Reminder

To edit or cancel existing reminders:

  • Click the Manage Reminder button.
  • You’ll see a list of active reminders.
  • From here, you can:
    • Edit the reminder’s message, interval, or type.
    • Cancel the reminder to stop it from being sent.

Make sure your PRC API key is valid and active — reminders will not work without it.
