Join Logs
Automatically log when a player joins or leaves your ER:LC Private Server.
What is the Join Logs Module?
The Join Logs module is a lightweight but essential tool that logs player join and leave events in your ER:LC Private Server. Each time someone enters or exits the game, a message is sent to your designated log channel, keeping your moderation team informed in real time.
This helps staff monitor server activity, track suspicious behavior, and maintain organized records of player movement.
This plugin only works if you have configured your PRC API key under the Credentials page.
To add your API key, run the /config
command and navigate to the Guild Utils Menu. In the dropdown, select Credentials, then click the API Key button and enter your PRC API key. This integration is required for the system to notify users automatically from your ER:LC Private Server after a successful moderation.
How does it work?
Once enabled:
- Every time a player joins or leaves the server, a notification is automatically sent to your configured channel.
- Each log message includes the player’s username and the time of the event.
- No manual setup is needed in-game — the system works entirely through automation.
This is a passive module — it does not take action against players, only logs their join/leave status.
How do I configure the Join Logs Module?
- Run the
/config
command. - In the Select Plugin menu, choose Roblox Plugin, then select Join Logs.
- Click Enable to activate it.
- Set the following configuration:
- Join/Leave Logs Channel – The channel where all join and leave messages will be posted.
This module will not function unless your PRC API key is properly configured. Make sure the integration is active before enabling.
